REFUND POLICY:
Classes and sessions are refundable with 24 hour cancellation notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hour notice are nonrefundable, however they may be rescheduled. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee up to the full amount of service.
All specials, gift cards/ certificates, packages and memberships are nonrefundable. Any exceptions to this policy are subject to the discretion of management.
Membership session(s), price and bonuses are subject to change upon company discretion with a 30 day notice. All previously purchased monthly membership sessions will be honored at full or current value, whichever is greater, subject to purchase expiration date.
